Default 2000 A6 2.7T help!!!

Hi guys,
this is my 1st Audi n I either love it or hate it, mostly i love it.. lol I hardly use it mostly weekends so it spend most of d time parked but lately is acting up, let's say I turn it on n it drives fine then I'll stop for 20 mins n it won't turn on again. Is not d battery I checked that. more like gas is not going into injectors? After an hour or less car hesites but I press d gas n it turn like nothin ever happen? Somebody told me to check d purge valve but I got no codes relate to that part, only code I have is relate to catalic converter n I don't think that's what it is? Can it b d fuel injectors being dirty? Man idk this little problem is so anoying cause once d car is on it runs perfect, I just went from NY to NJ bout an hour trip no problem! Shut off d car for 30 mins forget it. I had to wait another 10-15 while trying to turn it on till it finally did but like I say I have to press d gas pedal all d way down. Gas filter, gas pump maybe? Will a bottle of fuel injectors cleaners do d trick? Gas I normally use is 91 somtimes I put 93 Please if anybody can help me I'll apreciated it!!

I had the coolant temp sensor replaced before. The symptom is CEL plus the needle stays in C most of the time and didn't move to the middle area as it supposed to after warmup. Needle moved to middle for a short time (2 minutes or so) then back to C occassionally.

Ok guys I replaced d sensor n d car is turning back on with no problems but i just noticed d needle doesn't move at all, it stays on C d whole time. So I went back n reinstalled everything back, checked conectors etc. But it still not moving?? Is it d sensor that is bad? But again d car is running n starting with No issues. Coolant is not low either. Man I don't know what 2 do now? Should I just give a few days running maybe it will work? Any ideas!!

There are 2 sensors and the one to replace should be on passenger side between the fire wall & engine. Have to remove some stuffs on top before you can see it in tight space.
Not sure about 2.7T though.
