I just bought a 2000 Audi A6 2.7T with 79K on it, it drovelike a dream for 300 miles ten just started to overheat real bad. Is this a common problem on these cars, is the thermostat bad?

 

Sounds like a stuck thermostat to me.

 

I got a question, you know the little light display in the center of your console, i just got my oil changed but i still have this sign that says my oil pressure is too low, not knowing muvh about cars in general, what could be the cause of this? I just got the oil changed last week
