Question 2001 2.7T new rims question

Hey guys, I've searched a bit for this here and elsewhere, but because I'm looking at an auction I need to get an answer quick (if possible).

My question is if anyone knows if a set of 18x8 45mm offset 5x112 rims will fit my 2001 2.7T without any issues. Currently I have stock brakes and the stock 16's. I've also read that there may be issues with fitment of 45mm rims with the larger '00-01 2.7T brakes. Sorry if that's not factual, but I need to know that I can make these work without many issues.

Thanks to all in advance!

-Patrick
