Due to some recent damage I have to replace my rear bumper, mufflers and possibly my trunk lid. I was considering replacing them with a 2002+ style bumper and stock 2002+ mufflers but I have a few questions.

As far as I know, all 2002+ 4.2 came with parking aid sensors, if this is true can I install the audible parking aid so the sensors are not useless. I know the A8 has a buton on the dash but dont have the slightest idea how it integrates into the a6.

Will the 2002+ mufflers bolt up without issue and line-up correctly? If not can anyone suggest an aftermarket muffler thats just as quiet but has a tip to show through the muffler?
