Stock 2.7T is 250hp and S-line is 265. A chip from GIAC, APR, etc will generally get you to ~318 safely. In addition to the chip, you should upgrade your diverter valve and throttle body boot which could leak/split under the higher boost. It you have a tip - beware - the additional hp can cause tranny problems. In my case, I had to replace the clutch/flywheel about 10k miles after chipping. It could have been due to the PO doing light towing, or that 150 mph run and another weekend run of WOT and 70 to 120 mph sprints. Whatever, the clutch started to slip and I replaced it with a stage 2 and no problems for the last 120k (206k on the odo).
