Well I started hearing the rattling sometimes on startups and connected the VAG last night and see where my settings are at the edge so it looks like it is time to replace the upper timing chain tensioners at just 82k miles. Based on the original parts being of such a poor design that they wear out this quick are there any recommendations for replacement tensioners that are of a better design or construction?
