Default 2013 A6 and tire pressure indicator on instrument panel

2012 and 2013 A6 does not use tire pressure monitors (TPMS) mounted on each wheel, like most other cars use. 2012 A6 uses speed sensors (in the braking system??) that measure speed of each wheel. If speed of one wheel varies, computer thinks that you need air in one tire.
Question. If I install my temporary tire, my computer will likely tell me that I have a (flat tire) problem. How do I get rid of that message.

1. Will the computer correct itself when I re-install the original wheel?
2. Will I need to pay the dealer to re-program the computer?
3. Same question, sort of. Will I need to pay the dealer each time that I get a flat tire?

Since the 2012 A6 has this new system, no one seems to know the answer to this question.
