I am talking with Paul at GruvenParts.com about doing a production run of these for the C5 3.0Ls. They already make them for various other models/engines. Here is a similar dipstick they already make. As you'll note, ECSTuning already carries some of their dipsticks. I would like to get a list together of folks who are considering this, and of those who are absolutely serious about getting one if available. Between the cracking in the middle, that garish orange color, and the fact that this is absolutely the hardest dipstick to read that I have ever seen in 30 years of working on cars personally and professionally, we really need a decent alternative.

 

I'd be interested if it could be made for a 2.7. I can't seem to find a replacement anywhere besides the dealer
