Stop the cranking attempts!!!

You have a problem in the area of timing belt-camshafts-valves.
A Smashed spark plug ? Someting broke in that cylinder and smashed the plug.

The damages are already done.
You might look for a new engine; or dump the car...

Sorry,

is there any other way to repair the engine for cheap, instead of replacing it? I can't afford a used engine ($1000) here in MN. I know there has something to do with piston ring broke or bent valve or something, i wonder how easy it is to replace those?

dude if you can get a whole engine for a $1000 grab it and run ... yous sounds very expensive .. you need to check your timing belt .. if it's snapped your toast i am afraid.

Yep that one is toast.. you have screwed up everything. If you lucky you can rebuild it for about $2500 - probably need heads, valves, cams. etc

I would seriously quest a $1,000 motor. Expect to put another $600 -$1,000 in it before putting it in the vehicle.

Only thing that will smash a spark plug is a piston. Even if the timing belt skipped or broke, you still wouldn't smash a spark plug, unless a piston let go. Like everyone is telling you, buy a use engine.
