Default 99 A6 - Instrument Symbol (O) ???

99 A6 - LOST MY MANUAL, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE SYMBOL (0) IS. i BELIEVE IT MEANS REPLACE BRAKE PADS, BUT IS IT THE FRONT OR BACK WHEELS ????

it means something with your brake system...

I'd check your fluid first just to make sure and then you can look at the pads to determine which set it is ... pads are only 50 bucks or so a pair I'd just replace all 4 wheels

yep, brake issue. as joe said , check your fluid .... it may be the brake bomb as well .....

It means that you should inspect your front brake pads. They may be worn out or the wear sensor wires may be damaged. The rear pads do not have any sensors, so you should also check them for wear.
