99 Audi A6 Quattro--Need Help!!!!

Problem-- #14 fuse keeps blowing--display panel shows car with 3 doors open?? won't pass inspection due to drivers' window inoperable. Help!!!

Does the window go up and down at all or does the window get stuck? You may need to change the plastic clips holding the window in place.
