A6 1995 wierd throttle
Hello, I've got an A6 2.0l straight 4 with a manual transmision.
The car got some wierd problems while driving, each time i change gears the RPMs keep going up, eaven if i have completly released the throttle.
Same thing happens if i just release the throttle the car keeps pulling for a second or so. Makes it really annoying to drive in the city traffic.
The ISV has been replaced and the error code has been removed.
MAF sensor works. Atleast the engine goes all crazy when disconnecting it.
I tried disconnecting the TPS sensor, and the jerking and throttle hang went away, but the car loses power.
It also runs fine while cold, but after five minutes the problems starts.
It's also hard to start from time to time with a warm engine, say tryning to restart it after 30 minutes.
Gas milage aint to great ether, with normal driving i can get it to do about 9 liters / 100km.
So personaly I'm thinking maybe the O2 sensor is messing up abit. Anyone else that might help out with pointing me out in the right direction?
