wierd throttle vibration

when i go over a sizeable bump and the car vibrates so does the throttle..this is wierd anyone else experienced this? they arent fly by wire are they?

depends what year/model. I believe that th 99.5 on are DBW.

Instructions...stick head under dash and look.
