A6 2.7T oil dripping on turbo manifold
I am new to Audi and bought a A6 C5 body style.
Issue is while carnis running there seems to be oil dripping on the turbo manifold on the drivers side of the engine
Its dripping from under the cylinder head but i have only seen this from the too veiw of enginebay looking down
Havnt put on a lift yet.
Any known issues?
Any advice would be good
Engine has new heads new gaskets and new timming belt and water pump 35-40k ago.
Valve covers seem to leak a little but any visable oilnis gelitinized not running from there. Maybe it is? Again iam new and dont know
Thank you

Common oil leak locations are valve cover, cam tensioner gasket & 1/2 moon seal, cam seals, & cam end plug. Search on these & you should find lots of info.

Yes but this is a drip on the exhaust manifold like dead center
Is there annoil supply line to the turbo above the manifold? If it was cam seals etc wiuldntnit be dripping in front and back mot down exhaust? I suppose valve covors could be the colprite

Be sure you don't also have tensioner gaskets & cam seal leaks, because these are also common. Lots of times folks change just the valve cover gasket, only to find the leak didn't go away, because it was due to these.
