A6 2003 to 2004 any problems?

A6 2003 to 2004 any problems?
Ok,I am seriously thinking of tradeing my 1997 a6 in on a 2003/4 a6, is there any major issues with these model years that I should be aware of? You know, like the 1998 a8 and the transmissons? I have really enjoyed my 97 and except for some dash lights has been trouble free. thanks craig
