High beam won't light

Default High beam won't light

I just replaced my right side high beam (std bulb) on my 01 avant, and the new bulb does not light. I looked at the bulb I replaced it it looks fine also. The left high beam works fine. Could there be a separate fuse for each beam?

In reply to my own message. I have owned Audi's since 1983 and today I learned that when the high beam indicator in the dash cluster does not light, one of your high beams is out. Also there is one fuse for each high beam. Wow I learned two things today. Actually three. I bought a bulb I didn't need.
