A6 2005 GPS

I have a 2005 A6 4.2. Can the factory GPS system be installed by a dealer (I did not order it when I purchased the A6)?

No, the dealer will not install that for you.

So Is't Possible To Upgrade The Basic MMI To Include The DVD Navigation Sytem? If yes, How?
