hi folks,got a problem,a6 avant 2001 2.5tdi parked up and turned off car no previous problems fault codes noises,5 mins later on turning the key the starter struggles to move then refuses to move,no clicking from solenoid,so i try bumping with glow plugs hot ignition on full battery and the engine is stuck solid and refuses to move,no oil light,any ideas please

 

mechanic has said it could be failed dmf together with bad starter motor
