Thanks for letting an O'l Geezer join this forum and I'm hoping someone can help with a simple (?) problem. I purchased a navigation update dvd for my '07 A6 - C6, but I cannot get the installed (factory) dvd to eject when I push the eject button so that I can insert the new dvd. Am I not saying the right magic words?
