I seem to be having problems ejecting my Nav DVD from the changer in the boot (trunk). I wanted to update the DVD to get newer maps. I think I read something about some dealers forgetting to unlock the DVD eject function when they did PDI's on the cars as they locked them to stop the Nav discs going 'walkies' during delivery apparently!

Anyone here know how to fix it?

Oh and the Car is a 2006 A6 (C6) if that helps
