A6 Engine
Hi Folks,
Am in the process of buying a 2007 Audi A6 2.0litre Diesel. Someone has told me that the A6 engines around 06/07 gave a lot of bother until they were replaced with a new type engine. Any ideas how I will know if its the old or new engine in the car I am looking at? Thanks

I'm afraid you might not receive a lot of answers because 2.0 diesels are pretty rare in the US if they were even available at all in that year. I just checked KBB (which is US-centric) and they only show the 3.2 V6 and the 4.2 V8.
