Last week I had a slight wirring sound from my front off side wheel, and now the noise as drastically increased, when I drive round a right handed bend the noise stops as soon as a straighten up or turn left the noise comes back, I can actually feel vibration from the gas pedal.
I had new wheel bearings on both front wheels last year so I don't think it's that??
The model I have is a A6 3.00 tdi quatro I have got 140k on the clock
Does anybody know what it could be????

 

check your cv joint boots. inner and outer. Both sides. sounds like teh r/h one is long gone. check teh l/h side, just to be thorough.
