Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase an Audi A6 (Saloon/Avant) with the following spec:

Must-haves (in order of preference):
Colour MMI (high)?
Bluetooth Phone prep (can anyone confirm if it works with the iPhone 3GS?)
Leather/Half leather
Digital Climate Control
Cruise Control

Wants, but not essential (in order of preference):
Satellite Navigation built in
6 CD Changer
DAB Radio
BOSE Speakers
Parking sensors
TV (digital - analogue is useless here now)
Heated Seats
Split rear seats (for folding down)
80 Litre fuel tank

I'm probably looking at the 2.0 or the 2.7 Diesel, but will also consider the 2.4 petrol (is there a 2.0 petrol?)

Budget is dependant on the car and it's extras really. Looking to spend from 7k up to 10.5k for the perfect car.

Mileage isn't a massive deal to me, although if people can advise on what starts going wrong after 80k miles+ then that would be great (also after 130k+). Things I've noticed seem to be cambelt at 80k ish, flywheel/clutch at 100k - is there any other common faults that develop?

Basically, I've driven an A6 about 4 times now with work for a week at a time, and I love the car and I'm now in a position to afford to buy one. Any advice is very appreciated!

There are very few non-American members on this forum. As a result, the only 2005-2010 members on this forum have either the 3.0T, 3.2 or 4.2. Accordingly, we won't be of much help with European option packages or engines.
