Exclamation ABS and EPC lights on, break lights do not work

So, for the last couple weeks my ABS and EPC lights on have been flashing from time to time. They would usually go off after restarting engine. It seems that it has not affected the breaking, so most likely its due to the sensor malfunction. Besides this today noticed that the break lights dont work and they do not react on break pedal. What can be the cause of all of these?

Brake light switch -- easy change for a DIY but you need to be careful you don't break the switch when you put it is.. Dealer usually charges $100 to $150 for the 15 minute job. parts run $25 or less
