Default ABS Module repaired..lights still on.

I recently had my 2000 Audi A6 Avant's ABS Module repaired through Module Master. After reinstalling the module, the lights are still on in the dash, both the brake and abs lights.
Fuses have been checked and don't have access to vag-com to pull the fault codes on the braking system. Has anybody ever ran into this problem before? Would disconnecting the battery reset the module?

Any help would be appreciated.

Faulty brake switch could be the culprit here.

brake lights work, wouldn't they not if brake light switch was faulty?

There are some pricey things it could be, get teh codes pulled to save time and money. I just had this and it was a $300 sensor.

I also pulled the display out and sent that into DNA Speedometers to have the garbled displayed fixed.

Now the airbag light is on and it's saying there's a brakelight out which there isn't a brake light out. Now I'm wondering what is causing what?

I'll have to take it in and get the codes pulled as I don't know what is going on.
