Hi. I have a 95 A6 Avant. Since I moved to Florida in July 07 the controls to my ac/heat unit seem to be stuck. It isn't a consistant problem. More often than not though I will go to turn blower down and it stays stuck. If I try to turn the temp up a bit so it isn't arctic cold in the car it won't budge. I can hit the down arrow and it will turn the auto function off and lower the blower to about middle.

Any suggestions? I don't want to have to take it to the dealer and my ex-husband said he isn't going to help me with it anymore.
