Adaptive Air Suspension
I'm thinking of buying an 06 A6 Avant (dealer demo)(I had an 02 A6 sedan and loved it). This car comes with the Adaptive Air Suspension-- I am not a big off-road guy, and it's not an option I would have picked, however, it's on this vehicle. Question: is this system reliable? Useful? Can someone give me a quick overview of how it works?
I have another question about the roof rails, but I'll put that in a separate post. Thank you for any light you can shed on this!

And its definatly not for off roading. There is a noticble differeane in the ride when different modes are selected. The comfort system is really smooth, but the dynamic is harsher but handles better.
Ok, next question..how do you test the AAS system to make sure theres zero issues..is that a shop thing using audi computer diagnosis software or can it be done manually by the owner. Also, is there any driver maintence?
