Is there anyway to turn up the volume on the stock alarm system. Mine sounds really quiet and you can probably hear it up to 10ft.

no you cannot... you just have to buy a different horn...thats all there is to do.

I had the same complaint. I thought there was something wrong with mine. Is there a favorite type of horn for replacement???
