I am currently looking for the exact tcm. Did you have any luck finding one?

Try www.bba-reman.com Just got off the phone with them. Ordering my TCM for my 05 A4 (B6) CVT. $595 to rebuild yours. Gotta take it out, and ship to them, they rebuild in 3-4 days, and ship it back to you. Takes about a week total, but if your car can be down for that long its well worth it. Audi quoted me 2k. The problem with ordering one off the net is that it will have to be programmed, to your car, and only audi can do it. By the time you pay them for that, and a tow to them, probably would spend the same as if you had just paid them to do it (2K+). Going the reman route with yours, it is your same TCM you will be reinstalling, and the remanufacturing of yours does not erase the stored memory that mates it to your specific car/Vin. BTW it says on their website they can rebuild all audi TCMs
