I have Audi A6 car and right now it's giving me problem. The motor that controls all the glasses does not work. The glasses cannot come down anymore. I need some suggestions. Please

 

Sound like your master window switch is fried. Replace the switch.

 

What year? I figure there is a computer that controls the windows (since you can operate the windows using your key in the door lock and holding it in the lock position to close all windows or in the unlock position to open all windows) I know that my mechanics have to go into a VW Jetta computer when they change a window motor to reprogram it also. But other than that i am not very familiar with the system, hope this gives you clues.
