Audi A6 2006 Head Light problem
This is an Audi A6 2006 3.2 (S-Line) and a couple days ago both lights were working in perfect condition and now the driver side one is really dim and has a purplish/pink glow to it. Any reasons why? What are possible ways of fixing it without taking out the headlight? 8000k HIDS white

9/10 Times your bulb is on its way out my friend. The ballast will usually not even power the Xenon bulb when it is bad.. The higher in Kelvins you go the shorter your life expectancy will be for the Xenon sealed gas discharge bulbs... I would stick closest to 6000K unless you really like the look of the 8000K

If you want an upgrade, I have a set of Philips D2S Xenon X-treme Vision to sell. P/N 85122XVC1
They don't sell in the US for legal reasons. They are brighter and whiter than OE, but they are genuine Philips. Pretty sure they are only available in EU (I bought them from Lithuania).
$210 gets them shipped to your door. (That's what I paid and you won't find them for less in the US, so price is firm)
