Audi A6 3.0 Intake Manifold Removal

I have a 2003 A6 3.0 Q and have the Bentley Manual in print. Can not find (and have search thoroughly) the procedure for removing/installing the intake manifold. Can anyone help me with this? Does the Bently DVD have this info?
