I HAVE AN AUDI A6 1.9TDI 2000 (V) AND ITS IK WHEN I DRIVE ROUND TOWN BUT WHEN I DRIVE ON THE MOTORWAY AND GET TO ABOUT 65-70mph OR TRY TO OVERTAKE SOMETHING THE POWER DIES AS IF ITS NOT A TURBO ANYMORE AND IT WON'T PULL AND WON'T GO ABOVE 60 mph..

Could be your losing air, check the hoses that connect to the turbo and back. I had the same problem on my a4.

 

That or lack of fuel. Fuel pump could be on the way out or fuel filter clogged. You will need to check under load. May be enough pressure just not enough volume.

 

It could also be the coil pack. My friend had two audis that the coil pack went. similar symptoms, lack of power.
audi replaced for free.
