Audi A6 is it really worth it.
I am interested in an Audi A6q 3.0 i believe thats what it is. Ive heard that audi has alot of things that can wrong. Control arms for instance and a few others that can be very pricy and even with the warranty some of it may not be covered. So straight out everyone has owned a car similar to the one i want, i would like honest opinions about the cars all the ups and downs EVERYTHING...

i own a a4, ya it def is mad pricey, but its worth it. personally the only a6 i would get is the 2.7 biturbo. if not i highy recommend getting an a4. so far ive had no problems with it. runs strong, shifts like new. i was luky when i bought the car the dealer put brand new upper and lower control arms, which are very expensive if u you them to be replaced. I live in mass and winters arent good here with the snow, so the all wheel drive is awsome in the winter. come spring/summer it handles like a ferrari. make sure u get it quattro, if u dont its def not worth it. ya audi r expensive but u get what u pay for.

The 3.0 is a great engine i have heard nothing but good review about it. seriously. check out car and drivers database as well as road and track those are the two most reputable car reviewers and both the mags loved the car.

if you are looking at a 98 it is going to be the 2.8 the 3.0 didn't start till 2002 i personally find the old 2.8's in the a6 a little slow thats a lot of weight to be moving around with a 200hp engine
