Hi hi

I have a Audi A6 C5 AVANT 2.8L non quattro with a broken transmission.

Can someone here tell me what transmissions I can replace it with.

I live in Iceland so we dont have mant Audi like mine.

Can a use the one from from 2.8 quattro ?

Or maybe from some else model ?

What is broken there - what are the symptoms, what diagnostics was done?

 

The year is 03/2001 and it has steptronic automatic gearbox....

It has a 2.8 liter engine.

 

I don't see how you would be able to use a quattro transmission in a fwd A6. I guess you could, if it fit, weld the center differential together to disable it.
