What do you mean you tried the dealer?

They are the only ones I know of that can get the radio code.

 

The Audi dealer has to connect your car to their diagnostic computer to get the radio code from Audi. It would be on a card with the owner's manual for the radio, however many owner's remove the card to put in a safe place. So, be sure to put your "radio code" in several safe places, such as a file cabinet, safe deposit box or your computer. If you can't find the radio code you either go to the dealer or you may have to try ever possible number. Instructions for entering the radio code are in the owner's radio manual which came with the car.
