audi/vdub meet
so i went to an audi/vdub meet and i was inspired to make my car into a show car haha
any idea where i should start? :]

Go to the bank and do two things. 1. withdraw all the money you have in the saving account. 2. take out a loan for the largest amount they will allow and get it in cash.
Then goto an Audi dealer and get the most expensive vehicle you have cash for. (In my case it would be about $0.27) Get a friend with an enclosed trailer and have him take it to the car shows. The friend is very important because you'll have to talk him into letting you live in the trailer between shows.
On the other hand you could just drive the crap out of the 99 and have a ball... It should be good for at least another 100K - if you do the timing belt every 70K
