Default balljoints

Hey I drive a 1999 Audi A6 quattro 2.8L 30V and I have been experiencing some squeaking from my ball joints is there any quick fix or do I just have to suck it up and replace my ball joints/control arms?

A long time ago when I was in high school I injected grease though a syringe into the rubber boot of the ball joint. It quited them down, who knows how long that fix would have worked since I blew the transmission and you don't fix '81 Buick Skylarks, you throw them away.

I wouldn't recommend a "quick fix". Have the work completed now and you will not regret it later. I know a guy who has been piecing his front end together a little bit at a time and it's cost him thousands so far. I always just say suck it up and have it fixed properly.
