What is the best motor oil to put in an 2.7 T engine, oh.. i'm in FL and it's hot !

 

Any synthetic 5W30 should work well. I recommend doing it your self but if not able to make sure the place knows what they are doing.

 

If not modded and it's a daily driver in Florida weather, then 10w 30 by Mobil 1. 5w 30 is on the light side for Florida.

If modded and/or used in heavy heat, you might want to consider Mobil 1's 15w 50, but that's an extreme use oil.

 

When I ran around in MGs during the Summer I used Castrol 20/50. I switched to 10/40 in the Winter because them temperature did get below freezing.
I've been to FL. It's hot & humid. Use a higher vescosity oil.
