Hi ....new person here. !
I have an A6 turbo diesel only 3 years old and I have been getting a lot of black smoke out the exhaust and sometimes loss of power, with also an emmisions light coming on the dash.
I have taken the car to a mechanic and he has found that couple of pipes were cracked and the intercooler as well which needs replacing or a plastic weld!!.. Has anyone else had issues with cracked pipes is this normal? The car is still under warranty and I will be asking if this damage is covered or not under it... But I am surprised to have this issue with such a fairly new Audi with only 80K miles?? Any advice is appreciated
