Default Blinker Relay

2001 C5. Starting to have a bit of an issue with the turn signal relay (it randomly clicks) Im sure it will freeze on me any day now... I havent taken a good look into it yet, but it sounds like its under the dash near the glove box. So i assume im going to have to remove the dash to get at it? Anyone have a writeup or instructions? Finding all the mount points/clips is a PITA first time around... thanks.

Its that red triangle in you dash board, it acts as the hazard switch and turn signal relay. You just need to remove the radio (using the removal keys) then the trim above the radio, release the holding tabs and you're in business.

Whole new switch, they aren't that expensive online from what i remember.

EDIT: I take it back http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-C5_A6-...rior/Switches/
find which of the 3 switches you need by removing yours and taking a look.

Sorry to disagree with the master, but you don't need to remove the radio. Just the trim above...

Im just going by what the factory repair manual says (ELSA WEB) its much easier to push the switch out from the back with the radio removed. If you "don't" have the radio removal tools you can do it the way hxgaser said to do it, but its easy to break the trim clips on that panel above the radio if you don't remove the radio first.
