bolt patterns

Hey all, im new here and was just wondering if anyone knows if rims off a bmw M3 will fit onto my 01 A6...from what ive read the M3 is a 5/120 pattern and mine is 5/112....im not too sure how all that works?

I don't think they would fit. The holes wouldn't like up right. YOu have to put the 5/112s on the audi
