Hello,

My brake light warning light is on and it keeps "yelling" at me. I have consulted my Owner's manual and it states that I need to take the car into the dealership to get assistance replacing the bulbs. Seriously...that is ridiculous!!!![:@] The manual does not state anywhere how to access replacing the bulb at all. Can someone please walk me through the steps to replacing the bulb? The last thing I want to do is take the car to the dealership to replace a little bulb.

Removing and installing bulb carrier Removing – Switch off ignition and remove ignition key. – Turn light switch to “0” position. – Remove luggage compartment side trim cover. Left side of vehicle: – Take out vehicle tool kit. Both sides (continued): – Unplug connector -1-. – Squeeze catches -arrows- and take bulb carrier -2- in direction of passenger compartment out of rear light. – Take bulbs out of holders. Installing Install in reverse order.
