Need help please. I have an black A6 that is less than a month old and the swirl marks are fine scratches are driving me crazy. It seems like daily I see new scratches and the last time I took it to the dealer to wash and that was not a good idea. Any one have any thoughts?

get a clay bar

 

Maybe it was dusty and they wiped it down which slightly scratched it. Like Rowing said, clay bar it.

 

If the swirls and scratches are fine, then a good polish and wax will take them out. If they are deeper, a cutting compound should be used with a buffer. Word of caution, if you use a cutting compound, please read the instructions on how to use it because you can screw up the paint. Other than that, after they are gone, wax the car real good, preferably with a wax with teflon in it.
