There is a repair kit for broken tabs from ECS tuning. Check it out here:headlight repair kit on ECS tuning (scroll down to the botom of the page).

However, I am not sure if those tabs are beyond repairing, since that epoxy looks like it is all over the place! However, might be worth checking into as this is MUCH less expensive than replacing the whole headlamp!
