Default Can I disable the master window switch?

My master window switch is a little jacked up. I just want the rear windows to work independently without having to mess with the "lock" function on the master switch. Can this be done?

thanks!

Yeah, take it apart and just take the springs out. This will leave it in the down position which is the non-locked mode. Seen here: AudiWorld Tech Articles
