I'll clean out the MAF tonight when I get home from work and see how that goes...I'm sure there's a DIY out there somewhere.

Well, before cleaning your MAF the car was starting...now it doesn't.
You need to make sure you have:
- enough cranking power (take off your battery and go test it); you say when you crank it the voltage goes way down; if the battery tests good - then you have a bad voltage regulator; if the battery tests bad... well, you know...
- a good ignition module - otherwise you have no spark
- a good starter
- fuel; just as said before: fuel pressure regulator and/or pump and/or filter

I'm sure the MAF wasn't your problem, but you got good mechanical practice...
