CARFAX - airbad history
I've seen a few posts from members who don't want to buy a carfax report but want to know if their Audi had been in an accident. Carfax will provide, for free, an airbag history. Then they try and sell you the full report. Keep in mind that if they say they have a bunch of notices on your vehicle, they could be old recalls and other useless bits of information. Caveat emptor.

Found it in Newsweek of all places. Not sure how long they will offer it and it clearly is tied into trying to get you to buy the whole report. But if the airbag history is clean, either a) it was never reported or b) the car truly has not been in an accident.
