Hi all,

Purchased a 2.7T 2001 on eBay in Sept. 04 had 67,000 + mi on it already. I'm now at 107,000 miles and just before X-mas the check engine light came on. Took it to a local Audi/VW dealer and they sent it away for repair. About 24 hours later after retrieving it - the light re-emerged. Took it back again just before Christmas and had a sweet 06 2.0T for a loaner. Anyhow...received it back 12/26/05 and not even 24 hours the light came on again. Now I've been told that their rebuilding is not taking and I need a whole new catalytic convertor.

Just wondering what I should do...any advice welcome.

Thanks

RE: Catalytic Converter tips
The dealers just replaces the cats

There is no rebuilding them
