Default Central differential pinion seal leak.. Help!!

Guys I just got back from the dealership I got bent over for 2700$ for control arms and steering pump it says now I have a seal leak on central differential .. I spent all my money I'll have no money for almost 4 weeks .. The cost will be 495$ I have no idea how todo this so I need Audi dealership todo this .. How can I weather this storm ? The guy at Audi said I should be ok to last but I see the leak myself is there something I can buy to refill whatever it is leaking ? I just need to make it for a month .. I got no options I'm so burnt here guys

Your only option is to get a jack and jackstands, raise the car, remove the fill plug, check the fluid level and add fluid to the fill plug level if needed. Check the owners manual for the correct fluid.

They all "leak". Just check the level on occasion.
